The partnership.

A small, senior team. Every Valenor company works directly with the people on this page — from first meeting to final distribution.

Portrait of Dawid Łoza, Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Valenor Capital

Dawid Łoza

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Dawid co-founded Valenor Capital in 2016 and leads the firm's investment strategy and partnership. Over two decades he has moved between building companies and backing them: before Valenor he founded and scaled a European enterprise-software business through international expansion and a strategic exit, then spent years investing in early-stage technology across Central Europe. He is known among founders for a direct, operator's style of board work — fewer slides, more decisions — and for staying on boards through the hardest chapters, not just the celebrated ones. Dawid splits his time between Warsaw and London and leads Valenor's AI, enterprise software and infrastructure practice.
